Posting for a friend. Car is a 92 accord with the f22 motor..circle track car. When he races he cam go 5 to 6 laps and then the car starts hitting the Rev limiter (like limp mode) very early so he shifts to 3rd goes a lap and then back to 2nd and it's fine for couple more laps and same thing happens.

New ecu, dizzy, o2 sensor, fuel pump. Does anyone have any clues to what it can be.

 

Anyone have any ideas ?
