Default misfire when turning. '99 H22A4

I was changing my plugs yesterday and the top of a plug had broken off and was stuck in the plug wire. I tried needle nose pliers but no luck. I got a small regular screwdriver and got it out with that. While doing that I broke part of that plastic around the wire and the rubber thing. It is completely off but I put it back in there. Anyway when it was misfiring and I was moving the wires around and it was ok. Then I went to drive it and it was fine. The only thing is when I am going about 10-20 miles and making a 90 degree turn it starts to misfire. I think it might be the plug. Does anyone know what else it could be.
