I have heard of some people swaping heads from the d16y8 onto the d16y7. Now I have the basic idea because I understand the engines are very similar. I also have a good Idea of the components needed (head, manifold, tb, throtle cable, ecu) but I want to hear from anyone who has done it or if I could be directed to someplace with some info reguarding this mod. I have already searched with out anny luck on the subject and I know the general consensus of everione, get the DOHC swap it's great I know I use to owne a GSR but Im lookig for something that will increase the performance of my hatch with out taking me to the poor house. Please understand that Im not interested in racing just like to play around with stuff. Thanks for any info in advance.

 

There's a D series tuning message board...I can't remember the link, but I'll try to find it. I think they cover that subject pretty well on that board. If the search function worked I coul tell u right now though ..but
