Default mini me AGAIN

ive been researching for awhile. i have a 94 civic with a d15b7. ive been looking at the mini me conversion and cant seem to find anything concerning v-tec wiring for a car that is already obd1.is it a plug and play ordeal or do i need a v-tec computer? also i got many responses to which head is best (by best i mean easier to swap) some say y8 some say z6. please clear this up for me and feel free to bash as much as youd like...as long as you answer my questions

use the z6 head, dizzy, headgasket, timing belt and cam gear, intake mani and injectors, tb, z6 everything. and you will need a p28 ecu, and will need to get the z6 wiring harness from the ecu to the engine with all the plugs on it, not cut up...u need the wiring mainly just for vtec. and dont forget to remove the oil jet from your b7 block so that your vtec will work!
