Default milling your head (how much is to much)...?

[B]My D16z6 Eng. Blew the head gaskit ,It warped my head and I was going to mill .030 off but I"m wondering about the cam timeing ,piston to valve clearance,and how mutch compresion gain can I expect off of 9.2:1 would like any insite you can give ,thanks guys/B]

Milling it .030" shouldn't cause any problems if the engine is stock. BTW, How bad is the head warped? If it's warped more than .008" Honda recommends replaceing the head.
