I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on milling the head. I know what the milling process is and the effects and purpose, I just don't know how much it will effect Compression Ratio.

Here's the scoop. GSR motor...85mm bore...11:1 JE pistons...Ported and polished head...stock head gasket thickness (3 layer).


Blew head gasket. Head may be warped.

How much will milling effect compression ratio? For example... milling .001 will increase CR... X amount? I am not looking for exact numbers, just trying to get an idea.
