Default milling h22 head

I want to mill the head of my h22a1 USDM setup. What is the max you can mill the head with stock pistons and essentially stock head with adjustable cam gears? Was thinking 30 to 35 thousandths would be within reason, but i wanted to know if that is reasonablly reliable given timing on ignition and cam gears is brought back to 0. Any thoughts?

On stock bottom end, I wouldn't go more than .0035"
