Milling the cylinder head!

Milling the cylinder head!
I have a 95 JDM H22 Prelude motor. I want to mill the head by 20 or 30 thou. Any recommendations? Anybody do this to there car? And will I have to use adjustable cam gears so I can get the cams in TDC with the motor!
