Default Mechanic Stumped! Please Help!

Hi all! Please help! My mechanic is stumped (suggested I take it to the dealer) and the transmission shop has no solution to the problem. I have a 2003 Civic EX AT with 150K miles, I’m having problems with my tranny. It is holding first gear until 5k rpms and shifts erratically, it will down **** on its own and sometimes it will not go into overdrive. There are 2 CELS on P1106 and P0730, my mechanic checked the solenoids and said they were ok, he suggested the problem was internal, so I took it to a transmission shop and had a new transmission and torque converter installed, the new transmission acted the same way, they replaced the solenoids and still the outcome was the same! Erratic shifts! The transmission guy said the problem was electrical. I hoping that someone here can help me or point me in the right direction, I’m trying to avoid going to the dealer so any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Does it have a shift cable that goes to the throttle body?

Try loosening the trans shift cable.

Would that be one of the 2 on the throttle body?

Could it be my ECU? or TCM?

Fix the Baro code first. This code affects fuel trim, which in turn will affect drivability and transmission shift points. (MOST Honda Baro codes require a new ECM to fix the problem) Not saying that is the case here, the code needs to be diagnosed. Also find a new mechanic, yours sounds clueless....

Any time there are transmission and engine codes,SOP is to always troubleshoot the engine codes first....
