Max safe RPMs on ITR valvetrain

I've been going through archived topics, and I'm having a hard time getting a straight answer. In a B16a with Skunk2 Stage 1's, where I've seen dyno charts of them making power to 9,000, will ITR valve springs and retainers hold up? What about ITR valve springs and titanium retainers? Or would it be a good idea and just get the Skunk2 valve springs and titanium retainers? I think I already know the answer to the question, but I just wanted to know what ITR springs and retainers can take.

revved my b16 with itr valvetrain and itr cams to shifts at 9300 and through the traps at 9400 rpms....clutch spun before any valvetrain damage and now the head on another motor.

So a lot of you guys are running ITR outer valve springs and Portflow inners? What kind of retainers are you using. I've heard things that titanium retainers wear fast or something like that, anyone wanna give me the nitty gritty on retainers? I don't think I'd be going over 9200, so could I use ITR retainers?
