Default matching IM to 68mm TB

I purchased an omni power 70mm tapered TB. i have a skunk2 Intake manifold. I need to know how all you guys are machining/making the IM 68 or 70mm. FYI i called around my area and no one seems to be able to do it. what machine is involved?

what does that mean?
do you mean to bring the manifold to 70mm creating a small wall/lip to somehow effect the flow in the opposite direction?

Ok but my prob is where? Is there anyway of doing this diy without messing it up. Im looking for the method used in boring to 70mm

Just put the gasket on the im and trace the outline with a marker. Then bore it out with a air powered grinder. It doesnt have to be perfect but its real easy to do yourself

it's always nice to have a junk manifold handy to practice on i would think. that way, if you do screw it up, your not out 250 bucks on it, just my 2 cents.
