Default manifold help

i'm needing help deciding on a manifold for my 94 civic b16a. i've seen the chikara manifold that uses powerplustm technology(not got a clue what it means but it the manifold looks pretty cool). apart from that i'm not really bothered about looks i just want a manifold thats going to give me the best outcome, so any advice or help would be very grateful. thanx
