Default Major problem after converting automatic to manual

Hello, i had everything done properly to convert an automatic integra (96) to manual. However, when I put the key to iginition, the check engine light does no light on and I don't hear any fuel pump pumping. There is only a few light that goes on in the dash, but the oil, battery, check engine and SRS does not. What is worst, all the fuses are ok, and when I put the automatic ecu back in, there is still no light... looks like somethings wrong. I even had the automatic shifter console plug in but there is still no light in the dash.

Can someone help a me out.. i am going nuts...

Cheers
Bo

That is done... but there is still no light in the dash... it looks like when you put to ingnition without having an ecu plugged...

Just to ask. Did you change your ecu?
