Well I finally got around to trying to start my car today (its been in my garage since November). I torqued everything down, double checked all my fuel and oil lines etc. I disconnected the injectors and took the spark plugs out and turned the key to on. I went to hook up my AEM EMS in order to update the Firmware to V1.11 and upload the basemap that I have, but I was not able to connect to it. I tried hooking up the stock ECU and seeing if my OBD2 scanner would at least recognize it, but it was unable to find it. The fuel pump does not come on in the ON position, only when I turn the key forward to crank the car.

The car was involved in a major front end collision almost a year ago in which both airbags deployed and the passenger side headlight was shoved almost to the windshield. I bought the car from a salvage yard, had the front clip cut off and a new front clip welded on.

I've checked all the fuses under the hood and under the dash and they are all good. I've done quite a bit of searching as well, and I think it may be a main relay problem. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I once read somewhere that when the airbags are deployed it trips a relay or blows a fuse somewhere under the dash for the fuel pump. I'm so pissed off right now, this is one of my only days off all summer and I can't get my car started. Any ideas/suggestions?

 

Bump. Checked the power inputs for the ECU and they both came up 0V.
