My spark plug sockets are incredible. I've never in my life had a problem with them. I do enjoy magnetic tip screw drivers though. I've magnetized regular ones before but it wears off quickly.

neodymium aka rare earth magnets. You can get them at Harbor Freight

or in your local craft store (michiels, hoby loby etc)
