There is noise when i go around a corner. im pretty sure that it is coming crom the lsd

i lifted one of the wheels off the ground and put a wrench to the axle nut. The wheel spun fairly easily....i could spin the wheel with my hands slipping the lsd.

When i did this it felt like the lsd was grabbing and then clunking leting go. not a smooth slip at all

This is what i feel when going around even the slightest corner.

I dont even know what kind of lsd i have but i thin it might be a friction type lsd.

Does what i jsut described sound like a friction type or helical typoe lsd.

mine was like that b4 when i first swapped in my motor b18c..but now it doesnt make that sound nemore...i changed the tranny fluid a few times

 

Well i was running MTF in it for a while about 10 k km's and then the noise started out of no where

I switched to a 85W90 weight oil....

PROB SOLVED...well noise is gone n e ways

I was very surprised becaue the coise was outta control.

i only have the normal whine low growl around tight turns...no clunking
