Default lsd in LS cable tranny shim problem???

I put my OBX LSD together with the old bearings(b/c there in great shape-ballbearings) and I noticed that there is no clearance. I did everything according to the writeup I found and it said that the clearance b/w the case and bearing should be .004/10 mm. I cant even get a feeler gauge in there!!!!!!!!! If the stock shim is 80mm am I suppose to just buy a couple of diffrent shims and go from there. Or maybe a 60mm shim??? Im a lil confused. Maybe I can just remove the stock shim and go from there.

Has anyone had this problem with the LSD instal in the 92-93 Integra LS cable trans??

Thanx

you need a thinner shim.......

the shims are 80mm in diameter, but 30+ different thicknesses.

You did change over the speedo drive ring onto the OBX right?
