ls/vtec swap???? need info

i have a ls/vtec swap with a gsr head. which pistons would be the best for making more power??? if anyone out there has a ls/vtec with different pistons let me know how they work.

form what i have heard go with itr pistons for price and they are still good compression pistons, not too high and higher than ls...jus my 2 cents
