Default LS Vtec questions (not noob)

I have an obd0 b18a and can pick up a gsr head for a good price. some quick questions.

1. Are all b series fuel rails the same? It dosent come with a manifold so I would just get a skunk2 or aebs and use my old rail.
2. I plan on getting some ARP headstuds, I would use ones for gsr right?
3. Would I be able to use a vafc to engage vtec even with a stock obd0 pr4 ecu?

1. Yes they are all the same and you can use LS, GS-R, B16A fuel rails on the skunk2 i/m.
2. Not 100% sure but I believe you can use either LS or GS-R
3. Yes you can use a VAFC to engage vtec, my buddy runs a 91 civic sohc non-vtec ecu on a B16a and uses his VAFC to engage vtec. The only problem with this is a VAFC doesn't change your ignition timing for when vtec engages, which a VTEC ECU would do.

2. Yes, you use the GSR/ITR Headstuds. i used them for mine.
3. yes you can but along with the timing issue your fuel cut will kick at i think 7200 rpm on the obd0 pr4 ecu if i am correct. either way you shoyld just pickup a pr3/pw0 and get a adjustable FPR and bump base fuel up a little for the added displacment.
