Default ls vtec with os ctr's?

I was just wondering how the ctr pistons work in the b18 block? I also was wondering if this would be a powerful and reliable swap in my eg?

B16a head
ctr cams
skunk2 int. manifold

ls block
with oversized ctr's
lightend flywheel
and new clutch

Give me all the info to make this swap powerful and run correct, looking for a extremely powerful swap yet somewhat affordable, help me out, been searching a lot. THANKS!

That setup would make alot of streetable power, but im wondering two things...

1) whats the highest octane gas you can get where youre located?

2) will you have it tuned?
