Icon2 ls vtec oil pressure issues??

alright, so as you guys can tell im a nooby on here as far as posting goes but ive read alot an found this site pretty useful . Anyway now to my problem.

ive got an ls vtec that ive assembled and have in the car at the moment,

heres a basic rundown of what ive got.

b18a1 bottom end
94 gsr head port matched stock snail looking intake with secondaries still in
blackworks racing brand new lsv kit with the cometic conversion headgasket
gsr cams

as far as the bottom end goes:

its a b18a1 bottom end,
has an ls knife cut crank, balanced and polished,

stock rods with arp rod bolts, rods have been honed to be true
,
the rods have new oem gsr pistons with the small end of the rod milled to accomendate the gsr piston

main caps are original for the block and have to been checked correctly all the bottom end measurements have came out fine an within spec(more or less right in the middle of spec as welll as rods)

acl race mains an rods brand new 0 miles on them

brand new oem gsr/itr oil pump as well and all new orings for oil orifices in the head.

So onto my problem:

I have an oil pressure gauge hooked up for safety an the car has not left my garage, when the car is sitting at idle i have only but about 10 psi of oil pressure but when i rev the car to approximetly 2500 i have about 25-30 and when i bring the car up on launch control my oil pressure jumps to 60psi and holds there.

My oil pressure is fluxuating very little when i hold at 2500 rpms if that makes any difference,

Im reading right off the oil pressure sending unit galley with a fitting on the block to a braided line to the oil pressure gauge.

Im completely dumb founded on what my problem is, if anyone has anything i could check or if this is normal or have a suggestion on whats going on please feel free to let me know thanks in advance

I'd start with a compression check on all four cylinders. Too obvious?

Can get a loaner from autozone or other auto parts store for free (after return).

A compression check is going to tell him nothing to do with oil pressure. my lsvtec sits around 20-25 at idle when its warm, and thats with me using 5w 40
