Thanks you for your help, but my problems is do you need a special tools to turn the 1/8npt tap? Is that any special way to do it? Because i tried to tap the treads on the hole but it didn't come out right, i mean no treads showing up.....do i need to send it to machine shop?

It's always easier with a Tap/socket kit, but if you don't have one, use a cresent wrench. Just make sure you keep the tap straight.
