i own an ls vtec and i cant seem to pass emssions, i have a brand new cat on there and the fuel pressure is at 38 at idle, timing is only a tad advaced. only aftermarket parts, are an intake and 4 into 1 exhaust. its in a 92 hatch. what is NO? thats what im failing.

please help
