Default LS/VTEC build....please help

I am putting together an LS/VTEC next week in a 1996 Acura Integra LS. I have seen many posts and lists of the parts i need to do an LS/VTEC swap into civics etc... but what i need is an EXACT list of what extra parts i will need to bolt the GSR head to the LS block in an LS integra.

Please help me out if you can

gsr head, intake manifold, throttle body & cable, gsr distributor,

then u need either a vtec oil & water pump to go with a vtec timing belt or use what u got and use all non vtec parts which u have, all have to be the same tho

vtec ecu, ls head gasket, gsr head bolts,
wiring harness use stock and wire up vtec and knock
think thats about it >>>>>>>
add on what i forgot out?
