Default ls/vtec

do u have to use the dowels cant u just not use them..
can u use a b16a water pump and timing belt

use the dowels
you can use the b16 pump
you need a p72 t belt
do a search

Yup, don't even try to assemble the motor without dowel pins... Head bolts/studs hold the vertical thrust force but not a lot of horizontal... That is the work or the dowel pins... Get a NEW VTEC water pump and a B18C or late model B18 oil pump... Peace
