Which heads can you use on B18B1 block? I was wondering if I could use a GSR head...

 

did u mean to spell that like that to be funny? and no u abosolutely cannot use a gsr head, the only head u can use is off of a d15b7 lmao j/k any dohc b series head will work and all the info can be found in a search.

You can install whatever b-series head you want, but it's not just a recomended 'bolt-on' job as you need to figure out how the engine will run with what head.

you can put on a b18a head but that's no gains/loss if you use the b18b valvetrain.
you can do LS/Vtec and install a b16a/b18c head on your car and it will help performance much better but it does require some work to be a suitable and reliable for daily use

 

you can put many heads....slice a b16 and gsr in half....ls/vetechx2...mad power yo
