LS all motor monster? Help!

So i got me a b18a1, and i wanna go, non-vtec and n/a alll motor! what should i do, first, second, middle and last, keep in mind its in a DA integra, fully gutted right now...where should i be dumping the money first?
do you want a strip car or a street car you could go with a set of pct pistons good set of cams head work do you plan on doing this all at one tiem or piece it together while youre driving it...
its not that hard and is cheaper than a vtec motor....cams are $400 for any stage from crower...i had a b18b motor in a crx...pyr ported head,jun 10lb flywheel,act clutch,pyr pr3 chipped ecu,neuspeed header(no exhaust),no name intake,but all stock head and internals beside the port and i ran a 13.9@98mph on nt555r's...the motor was built from parts laying around my friends shop..the head gasket,main and rod bearings and basically every other gasket/part was used 3x over...LS
first i would take the motor out of the car second i would take it all apart third buy some good high comp pistons cams cam gears valvetrane clutch flighwheel lsd, cold air, headers, fourth port and polish replace all your gaskets and bearings 5fth put it all back together and drop it back in then 6th get an afc and tune it and it should be fast as hell faster then most b18c's and for sure most b16's. even in a gutted DA they arent really that much slower then like hatches.
