which of these would lower the car more, ground control or skunk 2 coilovers?

which is better in qualilty(bounciness, etc...)?

i would definately go with ground control. my skunk2's are bouncy as hell, but both are adjustable 0-4 inches oh ya and that is with tokico blues on a crx

my car is bouncy as hell too and i have weapon r coilover 0 - 4 i believe they can drop up to 4...... is that a good brand??? and does anybody have struts or shocks for sale???
