Default lowering springs?

which springs should i get? i drive a 2000 civic si and i live where there are some bumpy roads and here at college there are some speed bumps so i do not want it that low, dont really want to be messing up my header, i was thinking of getting Neuspeed Sport Springs, but i am not sure so please give me some info, thanks.

I've never felt a smoother ride than neuspeed springs, I don't know which model, but I like the green ones.

I would recommend H&R race, but since you say you have bumpy roads, go with H&R sport.

I just installed some Apex 1.75" springs on my 00 si, they have a part # for civic si's as well. The ride is almost stock, just a little stiffer, not bumpy or jarring. It's not dropped too much either, shitty roads in Ohio too, the major thing about them is that I can fit my floorjack under the car still(much easier), not like my CRX where I had to drive up on bricks to get the floorjack under it.
