Default lowering question

on a 98 civic ex 4dr....is it possible to lower my car with just springs, or would i have to also replace the struts and all, and end up spending more money then i want to...much less can...any help is greatly appreciated

you just need springs to lower your car and used the stock shocks. anything around 2" or lower should have an aftermarket shock. Try the neuspeed sport springs. lower the car approx 1.75" in the front and 1.5" in the rear

you can lower your car with just springs for a while but then your struts are going to wear out and blow then your car is going to bounce all over the place, so if you have the money you might as well change your struts too while your suspension is apart, so you dont have to take the time out to tear it all about again later
