Default Lowered Teins. Any help?

When I put these springs on it said on the directions to do cut "A" on the Bump rubber, Or the Bump stop, But I don't have one. When I finished the install It was all fine except when I turn it makes this hard clunking noise. Anyone know whats wrong?

Does it make the loud clunking noise on left AND right turns? Also, does it make clunking noises when you hit big bumps?
