Default Lower Tie Bar

A guy I know has a DC sport lower tie bar for sale, it fits 92-95 Si but will it fit a 99Si?

I heard the DC Sports lower tie bar flexs too much because of all the holes. But, it looks damn nice polished.

The DC's will twist like rubber bands, all they do is look pretty. The neuspeed lower tie bar is affordable and very functional. Otherwise others are partial to Spoon, Benen, Suspension Techniques (even comes with a built in sway bar), etc.

Thanks guys for your suggestions. I think im going to go with the Nuespeed lower tie bar since I already have the Nuespeed rear upper tie bar.
