Is there a way to modify a car so that it has a lower steering ratio?

did i spell steering correct?

 

Get a smaller diameter steering wheel.

i'm not sure if you guys have worm-gear or rack and pinion, but i think it would be too much of an effort to dissassemble everything and buying a custom set to lower steering ratio
