Default lower radiator hose leaking

My lower radiator hose keeps leaking I have a b16 swap in 90 hatch. And I used the 90-93 integra lower hose. I have been having this problem for some time now and its driving me crazy. I have adjusted the hose tried different clamps and the damn hose keeps leaking. Is their any other things that I could try. I know it sounds kind of dumb but I have been having this problem for some time now. It just seems as though the hose fits on their to easy with to much space between the hose and the radiator. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You need to cut a piece of you old stock hose to fit only over the radiator upper and lower radiator necks/ports. Then install you radiator hose over the piece you cut and put on. This will remove the gap because the B-series hoses are larger than d-series. Works great with no leaks 4 me. Top and bottom. I have d-series radiator with a b-series engine. Just how I did mine. Bottom hose is a PITA. You may have to remove the radiator to be able to work with it properly. HTH

Use the screw type clamps. Warm the engine up and then try tightening it. The heat loosens things up and you can get the clamp tighter. Hopefully that might solve your problem.

Thanks for the replies hopefully that will work. Its been a on going problem, sometimes it leaks sometimes it doesn't. If I get it on the right angle sometimes it won't leak for months but then I'll do like a flush and fill and screw everything up again.

Thats what I used, but they do come loose. Well atleast they come loose on my engine. I don't know how bad your gap is, but if its not that big, you could always use some Honda bond.
