Low And Mid range RPM Power
Hwy I guys I was just wondering what I could do to get some more power in the low and mid range RPMs out of my d16z6. All I have right now is I/E and a stage 2 clutch.

YES!!!, this is what I am trying to achieve as well. A setup that renders excellent low-mid RPM strength. Im not trying to race at WOT, just a stronger daily driver. Im going all NA, however there is not much available for the D16Z6 as there is for B16 or 18.
JG Engine Dynamics has some really good stuff for the D16Z6, but its $$$$. Im thinking I/H/E, CAM, TB, Intake Mani., P+P Head. Thats about it...
Anyone know if using underdrive pulleys on an NA car is safe???
Also, what about Fuel Rail/Injectors/ Pumps??

underdrive pulleys are ok if u have cams for your timing..then get it dyno'd...for the rest, im not very sure of
Put a straight CRV motor in ur car... or the only real way to get some low range noticeable torque is to supercharge or some internal building.
