So I have a jdm itr swap in my a 1999 hatch. Recently had it tuned (v300) by a reputable tuner.
only thing actually done to the motor is a skunk2 intake and TB. At cold start the rpm will sit at 600 and will sometimes almost die. When warm it will sit around 1000-1100. Tried to adjust cold idle in smanager but makes absolutely zero difference. Any sort of “idle” adjustment we make does nothing. It has a brand new iacv and coolant is full and bled. From what I can find there are also no vacuum leaks. I’m at a bit of a loss here as to what it could be. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

also everything seems to be reading perfect in the software which is also why I can’t understand what will cause this.
