Icon2 low/high impedance

im pretty familiar with electrical stuff but how does the low/high effect the injectors? is this just a factor of to low=burning your ecu? ive seen people use resistor boxes so im assuming that for "Low". if my stock injectors were low can i just drop in some high Impedance injectors without any other hardware (tuning aside)

what exactly qualifies as being low or high?

the difference is the amount of ohms. high impedance uses a higher number of ohms compared to low impedance...from what i think.

what i mean is, what is low? 9ohms, 2kohms, over 9000 ohms? what? what is high?

high impedance is like 10-12 ohms and low impedance is like 2 ohms.

awesome! thanks,

so if my current setup uses low impedance can i drop in some high impedance without any extra hardware? ie resistor box?

yes. if your using low impedance, you can take out the resistor box and use high impedance.

yup, just take the wires that used to run to the resistor box and wrap them all together...

then sell your resistor box to someone with low impedance lol..
