Default Low Beam Head Light Question

every light works except my low beams . i can use high beams but not my low. i was driving and BOTH of them went out. its not the fuses in the car or under the hood. and no its not the bulbs . im thinking it may be a relay or something . does anyone know what the problem is. and if u do please explain.

What car? My '95 Integra doesn't have a headlight relay, so its just the switch. Probably some Honda's have a relay. Often the R & L each have a separate fuse so I don't think its a fuse.

where would the switch be?? someone else mentioned something about it being a low beam switch. its a 92 civic 4dr DX with jdm b16a sir2
