Default lost motion assemblies

I am getting some new cams for my B18C1 and the shop told me I would really want to consider some ITR lost motion assemblies that would give me an 1/8 more travel. Is this really necessary?

Here you go-

2001 ITR lost motion assembly, PN 9003

1995 GSR lost motion assembly, PN 9003

http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.net/...ER+ARM+%282%29

Does that answer your question?

Well thanks for the info on where to get them, but I need to know if they are worth getting or not. The shop doing the work can get them.

If someone has used these or hasn't and had problems without let me know.

Did you even bother to read the info I posted?

Because if you HAD, I answered your question.

Go back and re-read the post throughly.

EDIT**

This is why a lot of people here on honda-tech are sick and tired of answering questions for you newbies.

So, since it's obvious your not smart enough to read a simple post that CLEARLY states that the GSR and TYPE R use the

EXACT SAME LOST MOTION ASSEMBLY

I guess that i need to SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU.

THE GSR AND ITR USE THE EXACT SAME LOST MOTION ASSEMBLY

BTW, do you want me to FIX your car too?

Geez...
