Default loss of power

When i go up a hill in 5th gear @ about 80 mph the speed drops to 60 mph when I reach the top of the hill. Any reason why? I got a b16a w/9:1 pistons. Oh, I have no 02 sensor and a straight pipe, if that helps.

My car would stay at the speed it started off with at the bottom of the hill. Then all of the sudden I noticed a significant drop in power. do you think its my head gasket?

Just drop a gear...Most cars don't do that well up hills, epecially with your torque.
