Default Loss of Power!

Whats up everyone I'm new to this forum I'm usually on coloradoep3.com I have a 03 civic si and I'm having a problem that I can't seem to pin point. It start about 3 days ago to where I lost alot of mid range power. From a dead stop through all gears its just not pulling like it did. I thought it was the air filter and spark plugs so I changed them out now there is an AEM cold air intake and brand new plugs and still no difference. The check engiine light is not on and its not flashing any codes but I did notice that my exhaust is not as loud as it used to be. I tried reseting the ecu that didn't do anything but make me put all the settings back into my stereo a take up alot of time. I don't think my catback has gone bad and if the catalitic converter went out I would get a Check Engine Light. Does anyone have any ideas?
