It looks kinda like a ratchet, but instead of moving the ratchet handle, there is a T-handle on the end that you spin to turn the socket by way of gears inside the tool. Has anybody ever seen this? I know I have but now can't seem to find any such tool anywhere. It would make it alot easier to adjust my headlights, as well as many other uses where I don't have enough room to move a ratchet handle back and forth.

that's not it. What I'm thinking of is shaped just like a ratchet, but with a t-handle attached to the end that spins. It has gears inside the head that makes the socket turn when you spin the T-handle.

I looked on harborfreight but didn't know where to look exactly. Any ideas? I looked on snapon.com too but couldn't find anything like that there, either. But again I may not have been looking in the right section.
It's called the "Sidewinder." I bought one, cut the T handle off and milled a hex end onto it. Now I attach my drill to it and have a power ratchet
