Ok, so i went to turn my wheel to check my signal lights, and this happens. My ignition is already switched to III with no key inserted, when i insert the key, it won't turn. the wheel is locked, and the ignition cranks but it won't start. Anybody have any input on this mess?

 

Nevermind, got it sorted out.

And then i'll feel dumb, haha. Upon closer inspection, i realized the ignition was still at 0, and it was simply stuck. It was cranking because the previous owner installing a push button start for whatever reason.
