Default lock tight on the flywheel

is it a good idea to put loctight on the fly wheel bolts......i heard they dont torque correctly but wanted to ask to be sure

The flywheel to crank bolts take like 80ft-lbs.

The pressure plate to flywheel bolts take like 10ft-lbs - BUT - you've got the pressure from the pressure plate pushing back against these bolts.

So in short, use it if you want to but the Helms doesn't call for it.

hmmmm....i didnt use it on my h22 i did last year but the f20 will be reving higher and im just dont want to worry about it ,...any down falls to the loctight

I would and did put it on mine, rather have the rong tq. setting than have it fly off and kill someone.
