Been told that its more an annoyance than a real problem. Should I spend the cash or "deal" w/the clicking? (is it gonna hurt something?)

 

It would be a good idea to fix it. I'd hate to see them grind away at your cams or something, or break a cam and start dropping parts into the oil pan. It's a bit of money for the Integra ones, I suggest reading up on the Prelude LMA threads, I'm doing a bit of research myself.
