Well i'm thinking about boring & sleeving my B16a1 to 85mm. It will not affect the R/S ratio, for those who think I'm crazy. I know this will result in MORE displacement & HP but will it make more toqure?
Will this the B16a power CURVE & power BAND be simalar of a B18c and C5?

I assuem you're talking about comparing it to a stock bore 81mm b18c motor ...
the high compression b16a motor bored 85mm will make slightly more TQ than a built up high compression b18c motor, but the b16a will make much more HP because it will peak at a higher RPM even with stock cam vs. stock cam. I did this couple times. Also, if you use the Toda spec B or C cams in the b16a, you'll need to switch around 6900rpm to 7100rpm (most vtec controllers can;t switch past 7k rpm - thats where I usually come in and reprogram people's ecus
