Take car out for a fun run before going to smog station, leave car running at station. That way the cat never get's to cool down.

There is also some kind of fuel addative that is sold at Kragen and Pepboys. It say's pass smog bla blah. I used it, I went to the state referee. First I drove for 20 minutes on the freeway at 70Mph in 4th. tried to keep the cat as hot as possible. My car has all CARB EO parts and I have the stickers/numbers on all parts. I passed.

I heard if you pour a bottle of rubbing alcohol in a tank of gas it'll make it pass. Now, I've never tried this, and they guy who told me this does it on his old carb'd camaro...might be different for us EFI Honda drivers

Top end cleaners, AC Delco X66a works pretty well.
New cat
O2 sensor
Oil Change
Check EGR valve, if so equipped. There is a procedure for cleaning EGR passages on 90's Accords, dunno where else it applies.. It involves drilling these 4 plugs, and removing them, then cleaning i think with a pipe cleaner..
