Lean Idle and Stumbling
Wasn't sure where to post this so move if need be.
Car is a 95 EJ1: GSR swap, turbo. AEM series2 ecu, AEM fuel filter, rail, regulator. 750cc RC injectors, Walbro 255. I mention all the fuel parts since it seems like it isn't getting fuel (Idles between 14.0-16.8 afr swinging back and forth) Prior to this it idled dead steady at 13.8. Today I checked the fuel filter, installed new plugs and watched the laptop. Injectors are at 1.2% duty cycle, fuel pressure is steady at 30psi (with vacuum connected, 40 without), TPS is smooth and transitions nicely from 0 input to WOT. When attempting to drive, it falls on it's face.. then runs a bit.. rinse/repeat. Also feels like the some random misfiring going on. Anyone have any ideas? I wish I had a fuel pressure sensor installed so I could log it. I'm leaning towards a bad fuel pump but if that were the case then why would the fuel pressure not be all over the place or low? Injectors? They ARE pretty old but there's no fluctuation in the duty cycle log at idle. I'd think if I had clogged injectors that the duty cycle would jump up to try and match the afr target settings (13.8).

you've confirmed all of the basic mechanical stuff? (cam timing, compression/leakdown test, vacuum/intake leaks, spark gap, condition of ignition components, ect.)
sometimes (for me at least) a general, but thorough check list will find a solution or direction more quickly than an educated guess.

Yup, everything looks good. The only thing I haven't really been able to check is the fuel pressure while driving. I suppose I could run a fuel line connected from the fuel rail to a gauge, snake it up from under the hood and watch it but that seems about as sketchy as having someone sit under the hood and watch the gauge while I'm driving.
Thanks for the reply, BTW.
