Default launch control need help

Okay so originally I got my own p75 VTEC conversion and shift kit installed all on my own got my ChIP done by local race shop 2 step vtech crossover blah blah blah anyway VTech works fine but when i put it in i was stuck in launch control due to no vss signal. I hardwires a vss wire and got it to stop and alow me full use of my throttle. Just now it will not 2 step at all. Anyone know full system in witch my obd1 ecu is using to run the launch control.
