Default Koni sport upper assembly parts

I just bought some koni sports second hand but the seller didn't give me alot of the parts
What im asking is can someone give me the measurements of some of the parts so i can make up some replacement pieces. Im not sure if they are the same on all koni yellows.

1) Washers, 2 for each shock

2) Plastic washers to go over the shock to prevent the bump stop sucking oil and ruining the shock, the washer allow air to move through.

3) Washers to go at the top, the lock nuts tighten over this.

4) Metal collars that replace to standard OEM ones.

So basically the items numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5 in this picture http://www.callum.orcon.net.nz/konifront.jpg

Thanks

btw these are shocks for ek hb
8041 1213SPORT and 8041 1152SPORT

Even just the thickness of the washers would do me and is the plastic washer a soft or hard plastic?

All of the washers have pretty much the same diameter as your shock...they are maybe 2mm thick?
the plastic ones are not too hard but not that soft either

and the washer that goes on top of the upper mount is a bowl shaped one, when you put it on it keeps the lock nuts from going through the rubber pieces on the mount

and if you dont have the metal collars then idk where you are gonna get those from, they would be pretty hard to fabricate.

if you want me to get really specific let me know i just installed these on my car a few days ago..
